Technical Support Page. Each client is provided with a password protected page that provides access to the following items:

• Email Management - If you use our recommended Hosting provider, you will have access to an number of email accounts. Access to setup, modify, direct and delete these accounts is provided to you. Abytec will assist you in setting up your email accounts, but you are also provided access to the tools yourself.
• Site Statistics - Again, if you use our recommended Hosting provider, you will have access to extensive site statistics. You can determine how many visitors you receive, where they were referred from, what pages they visited, how long they stayed on each page, which page has the most visits, etc.
• Access to enter the various dynamic items we have built for you. These may include: announcements, photo albums, documents, resources, links, class assignments, etc.

Dynamic News and Announcements. Abytec can develop a page of announcements that will provide your site visitors with up to date information that you seek to relay. This is possible without changing the actual page code or contacting the web master. The capability is provided to easily enter and maintain these announcements yourself.

• Date Sensitive - By entering a beginning and ending date for each announcement, you can control when an announcement is displayed. Announcements can be entered in advance and will not be displayed until the scheduled display date. Expired announcements will no longer be displayed.
• Each announcement can include an image file. Tools are provided to upload new images to your site and also optimize those images.
• Each announcement can be linked to another location within your site, or to any external web location.

Photo Albums. A wonderful way to maintain a pictorial history of your organization is to set up an online Photo Album. We provide you the capability to define new photo albums and add images to each album. Several different album layouts and transistions are provided to choose from.

• Transistion type - From simple page changes to fancy transistions, a number of album styles are provided. As you define each album, you can select the type of album.
• Ulimited photo albums and images within albums. You can set up as many albums as you would like. You are limited only by the maximum size of your web site.
• Tools to upload images to the site and also optimize them for porformance boosting are also provided.

Resources Listing. Resources, Links and Documents are all a variety of lists that can be set up to provide your site visitors with the items they are looking for.

• Resources - Each class can have a unlimited list of resources.

Site Documentation. When your site is published, you are provided with extensive documentation on how to access your site statistics, email accounts, and technical support page.

Request Forms. Any information you wish to obtain from your site visitors can be gathered and delivered to you in an email message. This provides you with immediate feedback from your visitors. These forms are excellent for providing order or quote requests.
